DR. Chris Silali - Geneplus Global

Dr. Chris Silali

CEO & FOUNDER

Dr. Silali is the Founder and CEO of Geneplus Global Limited, he is an accomplished veterinary medicine practitioner leveraging on over 18 years of experience in business development and smallholder farmer empowerment through technology transfer and education, particularly in rural Kenya.

He is deeply knowledgeable about the agricultural sector, which drives his passion for promoting technology adoption in livestock farming.

Dr. Shadrach Mwololo - Geneplus Global

Dr. Shadrach Mwololo

General Manager

He is a trained veterinarian and an accomplished sales and marketing expert with over 15 years. Dr Mwololo has honed his skills in driving performance and achieving success in competitive environments. His expertise spans across product development, registration, and market placement, allowing him to navigate diverse sales landscapes effectively.

He has a comprehensive understanding of business operations and has led teams to excel in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Mr Simon Mwangi

Finance Manager

With over 10 years of experience, Simon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) skilled in providing high-quality finance, accounting, and tax compliance. He has proficiency in various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally ERP, and Sage Pastel, allowing him to efficiently manage financial operations across diverse sectors.

His professional background spans multiple industries, including Audit and Consultancy, Information Technology, Automotive, Agriculture, and Health Care.

Ms Peris Wambugu

HR, Admin & Communication Manager

Peris is a trained communications expert with hands-on Human Resource experience. She is a dynamic and results-oriented communication professional with 10 years of experience offering a solid foundation in media relations, content creation, and public speaking, combined with a proven track record of driving engagement and enhancing brand visibility.

She demonstrates exceptional skills in people management, digital media research, and strategic communications planning.

Mercy Morogo - Geneplus Global

Ms Mercy Morogo

Operations & Logistics Manager

Mercy has over 7 years of experience in multiple sectors, including procurement, inventory management, and strategic supply chain coordination. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy with IT, offering a global perspective and strong analytical skills in logistics and market-driven strategies. She is known for optimizing operational efficiency, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and business growth.

Mr James Odemba

Product Manager (Easy Breed)

James is a livestock scientist with over 10 years of experience as a farm and livestock management consultant. He has previously worked as an office administrator, finance manager, production manager, farm manger, dairy supervisor, livestock production consultant and facilitator, researcher, and extension worker.

He has a vision to see improved living standards of small-scale livestock farmers and improved animal husbandry skills among livestock farmers in Kenya, Africa and the rest of the world.
